The ideal candidate will not only possess deep technical expertise but also demonstrate exceptional skills in preparing RFPs, developing proposals, acquiring projects, and leading teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of RFPs and develop compelling proposals to win projects in the OT cybersecurity domain.Implement and manage network security measures, including intrusion detection and prevention systems, firewalls, and encryption.Oversee log management and utilize tools like Splunk to monitor and analyze security events.Conduct threat analysis, vulnerability scanning, and risk assessments to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.Define and ensure the adoption of best practices in OT cybersecurity across the organization and for clients.Lead, train, and mentor the OT security team, ensuring consistent adherence to the highest standards.Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively, leveraging EDR and MDR solutions.Stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity standards and ensure alignment with standards such as IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, and ISO27019.Conduct penetration testing to identify and rectify potential vulnerabilities in systems.Implement and manage antivirus solutions and proactive threat detection measures.Foster relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring project deliverables meet their expectations.Qualifications:Strong technical skills in areas like network security, encryption, log management, and controls.Proficient knowledge of cybersecurity tools and solutions, including Splunk, antivirus solutions, EDR, and MDR.Demonstrated experience in preparing RFPs, developing proposals, and winning projects.Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Proven ability to define and implement best practices in OT cybersecurity.Knowledge of programming and scripting languages.In-depth understanding of networking, system administration, and intrusion detection.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
