Job Purpose:Senior Manager, Learning & Development will be responsible for leading the organization's learning strategy and execution across levels. This includes (but is not limited to) driving high-potential talent development, leadership development journeys, early-career talent programs, and capability building initiatives. The role also owns enterprise-wide learning platforms (LMS), annual training calendars, and alignment of learning initiatives with business strategy.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Learning & Capability Building• Design and implement enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with business priorities.• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to assess capability gaps and design targeted interventions.2. High Potential & Leadership Development• Build and execute development journeys for high-potential employees across levels.• Design leadership programs for first-time managers to executive leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and experiential learning.• Facilitate succession planning conversations with HR and Business.3. Early Career & Entry-Level Talent Programs• Design and manage structured onboarding and development programs for management trainees, fresh hires, and early-career professionals.• Collaborate with business units to ensure role readiness and fast-tracked integration of early talent.4. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration• Oversee the administration, content curation, reporting, and user experience of the LMS platform.• Ensure seamless integration of LMS with performance, onboarding, and talent systems.• Drive platform adoption across business functions and geographies.5. Training Calendar & Execution• Create and publish monthly and quarterly training calendars aligned with functional needs.• Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle: nominations, delivery, logistics, feedback, and impact measurement.• Partner with internal SMEs and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning content.6. Learning Measurement & ROI• Define KPIs for all programs and report learning effectiveness using data and analytics.• Continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcome metrics.7. Innovation & Culture Building• Promote a culture of continuous learning and self-development across the organization.• Drive adoption of modern learning methodologies such as digital learning, microlearning, and blended models.• Lead organization-wide learning events such as learning weeks, hackathons, orknowledge exchange activities.Experience Required: 15–18 years in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in aleadership role.Qualifications & Skills:• Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field.• Professional certifications in L&D, leadership development, Instructional Designing, Psychometric tool are (e.g., CPTD, ICF, MBTI, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.• Proven experience in designing and managing leadership and HiPo programs.• Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms and learning analytics.• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on program management.Desirable Traits:• Business-centric mindset with strong collaboration skills.• Passion for people development and continuous improvement.• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
