As a part of this role, you will work in close partnership with key stakeholders, HR colleagues, line managers, and employees at our UK & India Office. Key to this role is ensuring HR operations are aligned with business objectives and compliant with local regulations, across UK & India. You will play a crucial role in advising, guiding, and supporting employees on a range of HR matters, delivering high-level HR support to foster a positive and effective work environment.Responsibilities include but not limited to: Collaborate with leadership to assist in the implementation of HR strategies that support business objectives.Partnering with managers giving them the tools to make good People decisions.Provide guidance and or solutions on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance with policies.Oversee onboarding, performance management, learning & development and ensuring positive employee experience.Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.Assist on staffing needs, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.Keep up to date with employment law changes, advising and educating on policy changes where necessary, and ensure adherence to labour laws, including GDPR compliance and other regulatory requirements as needed for UK employees as well as for the India team are always in place.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Ensure the smooth operation of HR case actions through our shared HR service desk.Ensure any payroll administration requirements are submitted into the payroll team in good time.Support benefits administration, and employee queries related to compensation and benefitsNurture a learning culture within de Novo, by assisting managers with the development of training programs, identifying opportunities for growth mindsets, and tracking employee development needs where required.Provide guidance in the performance review process where required and provide meaningful insights and data back into the business to contribute positively to high performance culture.Build trustworthy relationship with employees & leadership team and serve as a first point of contact for HR operational matters.Be an ambassador for promoting de Novo’s Values and Behaviours.Top of FormBottom of FormCorporate Accountability:Deliver excellence through People Services whilst always upholding our Values.Drive continuous improvement in your own areas of responsibilityTake a proactive approach to risk/grievance management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported to and where appropriate, escalated.Be fully aware of and actively comply with de Novo's policies and procedures relevant to your own responsibilities & procedures including data protection in compliance with GDPRSkills and Experience At least around 4 to 8 years of work experience in High performing HR teams Minimum 2 years of work experience working and servicing UK based HR shared Services.Good negotiation, influencing and communication skills.Good understanding of GDPR Compliance requirements is a mustGood working knowledge of UK employment legislationGood working knowledge of HRIS systemsGood exposure to Cultural nuances of the UK isUK payroll experience is an advantageLocationChennai, INDIA.Employment TypeFulltime Employment, UK ShiftCompensation & Benefits Salary - Best in IndustryBenefits – Term Life / Mediclaim / Accident insuranceContact us Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes to india.careers@.
