Overview:We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Finance Consultant with deep experience supporting retail clients. This role requires a strong functional and advisory background in NetSuite Financials and the ability to interface directly with business users to design solutions, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful execution.Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on NetSuite financial processes, best practices, and system capabilitiesLead and support financial process improvement initiatives across general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and procurementTranslate business requirements into functional solutions within NetSuite, aligning with retail industry needsConfigure and customize NetSuite financial modules as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT) to implement and optimize system usageManage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updatesProvide training and support to end usersRequirements:8+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP with a strong focus on financial modulesPrevious experience working with retail clients or in the retail sectorProven ability to engage with business leaders and provide strategic and operational finance guidanceStrong understanding of accounting principles and retail finance workflowsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsNetSuite certification is a plus
