Creative Designer will be responsible to create and adapt design as per the job requirement. His/hers responsibility will not just be to execute work as instructed but also to add value to the assigned job by contributing creatively when required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Working closely with the Creative Lead to create consistent quality designs and layouts• Will be responsible for strictly follow set rules and provide creative solutions while working on complex jobs• Carrying out thorough pre-press checks and ensure print file is error free• Working with the Team Leader to answer client queries and to advise the client on the best solutions to their visual communication needs• Logging on time and materials on the studio MIS (management information system)• Adhering to studio workflow processes and best practice in all day-to-day activities. Proactively offering process improvement recommendations to the Team Leader• Adhering to brand guidelines, project timeline should be a standard practice.• Proactively managing own workflow to consistently meet or exceed target efficiency and chargeability figures• Developing an excellent knowledge of the client’s brands. Proactively challenging off-brand communications internally and externally where appropriatePERSONAL COMPETENCIES• Working experience in creating layouts and graphic designs using MS Office (PPT, WORD) and Adobe tools as the primary tool.• Design client pitch presentations and Word documents and as well as designing marketing request materials such as email banners and social media posters, all in accordance with brand/style guidelines.• Collaborate closely with the team lead to comprehend client instructions and ensure final product delivery.• Handle critical client-facing pitchbooks managed by the Account Director/Stakeholders.• Infuse creativity into presentations as needed, accepting, and incorporating feedback for improvements.• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure error-free documents, manage time effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality work with precision.• Ability to work with templates, style guides and having a good understanding of how a brand works across various collateral• Good sense of typography, color and balance• High competence in Adobe InDesign and moderate knowledge in Illustrator and Photoshop• Have a very good eye for detail to deliver all work to a high level of accuracy• Ability to understand and follow established brand guidelines and styles.• Basic understanding of marketing and advertising concepts.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS• Degree in Art, Design, Advertising or related field preferred.• 3 to 4 years of experience in Creative in Advertising and / or Marketing.LOCATION• While we prefer candidates from cities with Tag offices (Chennai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon), we are open to folks from other cities too• Should be willing to travel on when requiredTIMINGS• We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager
