Job Title : Infor LN Subject Matter Expert / Technical ArchitectLocation : Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurugram, KolkataExperience : 10+ YearsJob Summary:The Infor LN Subject Matter Expert / Technical Architect will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and technical leadership in the implementation, customization, and support of Infor LN solutions. This role requires extensive experience in Infor LN and a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in ERP systems, particularly Infor LN, and will be adept at guiding project teams to achieve successful outcomes.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to project teams, ensuring that project outcomes align with specifications and standards.Implementation & Customization: Lead the implementation and customization of Infor LN solutions, including data migration, integration, and workflow optimization.Support & Maintenance: Guide and help teams to offer ongoing support and maintenance for Infor LN applications, addressing complex issues and ensuring system stability.Project Documentation: Develop, review, and approve project documentation, training content, and process improvements.Training & Development: Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance team knowledge and performance.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose corrective actions.Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, and address customer needs and issues.Research & Development: Conduct thorough research to stay updated on changes in the field and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience: Over 10 years of experience in ERP systems particularly Infor LN 10.5. and above. In-depth knowledge of Infor LN modules including Manufacturing, Master Data, Enterprise Planning, Finance, Freight, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Sales, Service, Quality, and Invoicing.Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in Finance or Manufacturing modules, and includes advanced technical skills in Infor Process Automation, ION, IBI Application Studio, LPL, and Configuration Console.Industry Knowledge: Strong domain expertise in industries with at least 1 implementation experience in the following Cloudsuites: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, High Tech & Electronics, Industrial Enterprise, Construction or similarIntegration Skills: Experience with data integration and migration, tailored workflows, and advanced analytics.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor project teams, providing technical and strategic direction.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively.Preferred QualificationsCertifications: Relevant certifications in Infor LN or related ERP systems.Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based solutions and integrations.Project Management: Experience in project management and leading large-scale ERP implementations.
