Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams, manage schedules, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and IT teams.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and management of IT project plans, schedules, and budgets.Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and track action items to ensure accountability.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and report issues to project managers.Maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates.Ensure adherence to IT project management methodologies, best practices, and company policies.Support the implementation of project management tools and software.Assist in quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.Stay informed about emerging IT trends and project management techniques.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or related fields.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar project management software.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure is a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience with SDLC and enterprise systems.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
