This role requires strong coordination skills, a good eye for product, and a deep appreciation for artisanal fashion.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate between design, production, and retail teams to ensure smooth workflowAssist in developing and managing production timelines and calendarsTrack samples, fabric sourcing, trims, and follow up with vendorsPrepare tech packs and maintain merchandising sheets and documentationSupport inventory and stock management for collections and samplingConduct market research and assist in analyzing product performanceContribute ideas for product curation and styling in line with brand ethosRequirements3–4 years of relevant experience in merchandising or product developmentDegree or Diploma in Fashion MerchandisingStrong communication, follow-up, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with textiles, surface techniques, and artisanal fashion processesProficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic design documentationA keen sense of style and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work well under pressure in a creative setupWhy Work With UsAt Ikai, you’ll be part of a small, passionate team translating design into reality.
