Crystal Solutions is a leading International Recruitment Service Provider for last 30 Years.We are looking for L1 SOC Analyst in Mumbai.Position: L1 SOC AnalystLocation: MumbaiExperience: 3+yearsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related fieldCertifications such as CompTIA Security +, CEH, ECIH or equivalent preferredKey Responsibilities:Daily SOC report analysis, review, and reporting to specific users, groups, teams etc.Technical analysis of events, alerts triggered on reporting dashboardAble to triage with reported incidents and address through resolutionDeliver technical skills into reading through reports and able to filter true positivesParticipate and contribute to a team environment to actively carry out day to day relevant tasks and ad-hoc in-scope activitiesDeliver technical and timely execution, reporting in line with documented standards and practice to relevant teams with clear indications and explanationsUse manual approach to identify, classify true positives and resolving reported threats, ticketsIdentify gaps and areas of improvement for process and recommendations to fill identified gaps or implement changeAs applicable, communicate among the Information System, Security Engineering, Architecture, IT Operations and other departments or business units.Learning vision to gain inline and other technical competencies.Required Skills:2-3 years’ experience into Security Operation Centre and Incident Response and ManagementStrong understanding and hands on experience of SOC monitoring and responseStrong understanding of incident analysisShould be able to analyze and triage the alerts and incidents reportedAble to understand data extraction from SIEM monitoring tool and map to necessary proactive actionsAbility of maintaining team work ethics and support daily tasks and SOC related inscope activitiesUnderstanding of the in-scope technical aspects and terminologiesKnowledge and understanding of infrastructure, Network and Application technicalities (preferred) • An understanding of regulatory requirements: PCI, SOX, HIPAA, ISO 27001 standard (preferred)Outstanding team player along with being an independent resource when neededWillingness to learn new technologies rapidly and remain at the cutting edge of technologies Excellent communication representing good interpersonal skills and client handlingIf you are interested please share your updated CV along with the following details to recruitment1@Total Experience :Current Salary:Expected Salary:Notice Period:Current Location:Thanks & Regards,Shruti KotianTeam LeadCRYSTAL SOLUTIONS LTD.Leading International Recruitment Service ProviderMumbai, India
