Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter (US & Canada Region) – Night ShiftJob Type: Full-Time, RemoteLocation: Work from Home (India)Shift Timing: 6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)We are looking for a results-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our remote team, focusing on full-cycle recruitment for positions across the US and Canada. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing and placing talent in non-technical roles such as operations, administration, finance, marketing, customer service, logistics, and more.This is a remote, night-shift role and requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work independently from India.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across the US and Canada marketsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profilesSource candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and internal databasesScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fitSchedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring teamsMaintain ATS records and provide regular updates on hiring statusBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidatesEnsure timely follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain compliance with recruitment regulations and standardsRequirements:Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably for US/Canada marketsStrong experience hiring for non-IT roles (e.g., customer service, finance, logistics, HR, sales, etc.)Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsComfortable working night shifts (6:30 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting toolsAbility to work independently in a remote work environmentMust have a dedicated home-office setup with a reliable internet connectionPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with US/Canadian clientsFamiliarity with different time zones and hiring protocols in North AmericaBachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related fieldWhat We Offer:Fully remote work opportunityCompetitive salary based on experienceDynamic, fast-paced international work environmentOpportunity to work with top-tier clients and expand your recruitment expertiseSupportive and collaborative virtual team culture
