Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Product Owner/Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our airline products. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading product roadmaps, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences within the dynamic airline industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies, a passion for aviation, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.Responsibilities:Visionary Leadership:• Develop and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals and addresses the evolving needs of airline customers.Product Roadmap and Strategy:• Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.Product Development :• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.Stakeholder Management:• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including airline partners, customers, and technology vendors.  Airline Industry Expertise:• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the airline industry, including passenger experience, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.Data Analysis and Reporting:• Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the airline industry.  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Passion for aviation and a deep understanding of the airline industry.Years Of Experience –10+ years
