The ideal candidate is experienced in working with artisanal techniques and natural fabrics, and thrives in a dynamic, design-led environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire production cycle from sampling to final dispatchCoordinate with vendors, karigars, and internal teams to meet quality and delivery timelinesManage inventory of raw materials and ensure timely procurementImplement and maintain quality control checks across production stagesWork closely with the design team to translate concepts into technically viable productsOptimize workflows, manage costs, and troubleshoot production issues proactivelyMaintain production documentation, schedules, and reporting systemsRequirements4–6 years of production experience in fashion or textile industryStrong understanding of fabrics, dyeing, embroidery, and finishing techniquesExcellent vendor and team management skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to adapt and work under tight timelines without compromising on qualityFamiliarity with sustainable production practices is a plusWhy Join UsAt Ikai, production is not just about timelines—it’s about translating creativity into craft with precision and purpose.
