What is Aqxle ?At Aqxle, we are building an AI-First marketing data science platform.We are on a mission to make LLM agents do all marketing data science tasks from data cleaning , data harmonization , insights generation to prediction.We are doing so by building upon the code generation and reasoning capabilities of LLMs over structured datasets like web analytics data, customer insights and competitive analysis data sets.We are solving business critical problems , building a start up from grounds up and doing state of the art research in LLMs.About the team
Our team is a combination of strengths from both the marketing industry and AI Research. Bharad (Co-Founder and CEO) is an ad agency veteran having worked for more than 25 years with several media HoldCos like WPP and has driven growth for marketers using data and insights. He was frustrated that he still has to write excel macros and python code to do data science in the age where his Tesla drives him home from office and hence started Aqxle.(Co-Founder and Chief Scientist) is an accomplished AI research scientist with more than 15 years of experience in Natural language Processing and Machine Learning. He has about 30 patents and several publications in top-tier AI/NLP conferences. He believes the time has come for LLMs to automate any tasks that are too mundane for a programmer and believes data cleaning , data harmonisation and basic data science is one such.are advised by P.Anandan ( Ex-Adobe Research Lab India Head, Ex-Microsoft Research Lab India Head) and Keith Hanna (Ex-Sarnoff, Founder Eye lock )we are looking to hire :AI Engineer/ScientistWhat will you do :In this job, you will directly work with founders, map business problems to AI engineering and research questions, solve them, build production ready code and ship it to customer's hands. You will also be part of a startup in its early stages that is growing very fast .You will have to architect solutions involving modern LLMs, NLP models and deliver products that solve the business problems in marketing data science. You will guide a small team of 2-3 junior engineers ( 0-2 years experience) in a flat organisation.You will get to learn a lot from the founders in the marketing industry, AI/ML and NLP .What we are looking for in you:Has successfully implemented state of the art models in NLP and worked with modern LLMs independently atleast in 5-6 major product releases.Has come up with techniques to improve state of the art models in NLPHas developed novel algorithms, fine-tuned models and improved processing pipelines.Understand the challenges of improving NLP performance in real world problemsHas experience delivering AI/ML projects that customers useCan architect solutions and write reliable and scalable code that runs in production that customers can use.Can estimate projects and deliver on timeProficient with Python, Pytorch, Vector data bases, LLM APIs like OpenAI, few frameworks like LangchainHas experience deploying ML models in cloud environments like AWS.Can function in a highly collaborative environmentCan guide up to 2-3 junior engineers in AICan collaborate with people in other functions like product management, sales Understands the pros and cons of recent LLM advancements and can choose which one to use for what.Preferably, has prior patents and publications in top-tier AI/ML conferencesIs a go-getterBelieves there is scope for doing ambitious things and changing the world.A typical person for this role would have about 5-6 years of experience in AI/ML with a Bachelors degree in Engineering/CS or 2-3 years of experience with a PhD.
