Summary: The Senior Network Administrator is responsible for assisting in technical and problem resolution support on all the network infrastructure hardware across all sites. The goal is to maximize service availability and satisfy the needs of all internal and external customers. This position performs Tier 2 troubleshooting activities, across multiple environments, while performing daily reviews of overall capacity, utilization, and configuration changes to the network. This position is also responsible for delivering clear, concise, and timely communication to our customers to provide them with the best customer experience possible.
