Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and data-driven Advertisement Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online and offline advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate high-quality leads, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions through effective ad strategies across various platforms.Key Responsibilities: 1. Advertising Strategy & Planning: • Develop and implement targeted ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). • Plan ad budgets, timelines, and creatives in alignment with business goals. 2. Campaign Execution & Management: • Launch, monitor, and adjust ad campaigns in real-time for maximum effectiveness. • Ensure timely delivery and consistency across all advertisements. 3. Lead Generation & ROI Optimization: • Generate high-quality, sales-ready leads from ad campaigns. • Optimize ads to achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI). 4. Performance Analysis & Reporting: • Track KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and other key metrics. • Provide detailed reports and insights to guide future strategies. 5. Collaboration & Coordination: • Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and sales teams to develop compelling ad content. • Coordinate campaigns with overall marketing plans and seasonal promotions. 6. Market & Audience Research: • Conduct research to understand target audience behavior, preferences, and trends. • Analyze competitors’ advertising strategies to stay ahead in the market. 7. Budget Management: • Monitor and control ad spend across all platforms. • Ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets while meeting performance targets. 8. A/B Testing & Optimization: • Run split tests to determine the most effective creatives, headlines, and placements. • Continuously test and optimize campaigns for improved performance.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience in digital advertising and media buying. • Strong knowledge of ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic ad tools. • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in campaign tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).Preferred Skills: • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding and messaging. • Experience in both B2B and B2C advertising. • Strong project management and communication skills.
