Helping in their Transition to process training easier. Handling Operations project to help it run smooth. Monitoring trainer activities , TNA , TNI Designing and managing the training content through LMS * Delivering onboarding, continuous and 1-1 trainings with well-defined assessment * Product trainings Preferred candidate profile An astute & result oriented professional with over 15 years of cross-functional experience in Training & Content Creation Experience in managing end-to-end training and delivery of specific products Experience in Stakeholder & Client Management Significant exposure in setting out training benchmarks and standards and implementing training methodologies to facilitate a high-quality customer experience, while adhering to the SLAs Demonstrated acumen in designing training modules and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by constantly developing & implementing pre & post assessment tools Displayed skills in client management and streamlining delivery of products &services Defining and adhering to training throughput as per the Client requirement An enterprising leader with skills in leading personnel towards accomplishment of common goals Perks and benefits
