Feel free to apply!Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage and oversee inventory, materials handling, and documentation processes at our automobile manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials, spare parts, and consumables are available in a timely and cost-effective manner to support smooth factory operations.Key Responsibilities:Receive, store, and issue raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods in line with production schedules.Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inward and outward materials, and daily transactions using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Conduct regular stock audits and physical verifications.Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of materials to maintain quality and avoid damage.Monitor and control slow-moving and obsolete stock.Maintain store cleanliness, layout, and safety as per 5S and industry standards.Prepare reports such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN (Material Requisition Note), and MIS reports.Comply with all safety and operational procedures.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.Understanding of EV components and raw materials.Good organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Supply Chain Management.4–6 years of experience in a similar role in an automobile or manufacturing setup.Knowledge of ISO/TS standards and lean manufacturing practices is a plus.
