Pre Sales & Client Relations - Consultant Educational Qualification: Graduation/MBA in Marketing or International Business Experience: 1-4 Years Location: Remote Shift: Night/DayEmployment type- Contract Summary: The Pre–Sales Team is responsible for achieving all sales conversion and revenue goals of the organization by developing, building and strengthening long–term relationships with clients. The position will involve business development and deal making skills including needs assessment, identifying and driving new business opportunities, pricing, contract negotiations and working with internal operations teams to propose solutions to Prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Take hold of incoming enquiries (calls, emails and Chat) and effectively handle them. Gain a clear understanding of client's businesses / requirements, negotiate on price, set right expectation on deliverables, educate the clients about the company’s process/policies and present Get Friday’s value proposition to eventually bring in sales. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing clients with quotations / Pricing plan suggestions for clients. Understand clients service objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) Objectives from our services. Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing good relationships with clients. Daily interfacing with operations team for projects, budget, structure, schedule and resource requirements. We closely coordinate job schedules and needs with all departments to ensure smooth handling of activities. Reach out / follow up through multiple channels with potential leads, participate In business development calls and make sale Collaboratively work with assigned operations teams to develop an overall region plan in order to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity with customers. Submits accurate and timely forecasts that are aligned with assigned conversion rates. Achieve / exceed monthly conversion targets and gross profit quota by identifying, prospecting and qualifying new & existing customers and converting them into higher plans within the assigned region.
