Visit for more information.Role Summary:As a Centre Head at our Bhubaneswar branch, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, academic delivery, and revenue growth for our Government Exams coaching vertical (SSC, Banking, Railways). You will play a crucial role in ensuring student success, team productivity, and market growth. Key Responsibilities Centre & Operational Management • Own the day-to-day operations of the Bhubaneswar centre. • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain infrastructure & service standards. • Monitor centre performance metrics regularly. Academic & Student Success • Coordinate with faculty for curriculum planning and class execution. • Track student performance and feedback; implement academic improvements.Sales & Business Development • Drive walk-ins, leads, and conversions through outreach activities and local marketing. • Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets. • Conduct seminars, webinars, and school/college outreach initiatives.
