You'll be the last point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience.Key Responsibilities: * Accurately processing customer transactions, including scanning items and handling various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, UPI). * Efficiently processing returns and exchanges according to store procedures. * Maintaining the cash register, including balancing the drawer at the start and end of each shift. * Reporting any discrepancies in the cash drawer promptly. * Preparing and making bank deposits as needed. * Ensuring customers receive the correct receipts for their purchases. * Accurately applying discounts and processing coupons or promotional offers. * Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and free of clutter. * Adhering to all store security procedures and company policies related to cash handling and customer data privacy. * Greeting customers warmly and providing helpful responses to their inquiries.Qualifications and Requirements: * Proven ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.  * Excellent math skills. * Very good communication skills in English, Hindi and preferably Marathi (for Mumbai applicants) * Strong orientation towards customer service. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to follow instructions and company procedures. * Reliability and punctuality are essential. * Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus, but not always required.If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we encourage you to apply!
