Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, implementation, and execution of training activities in alignment with timelines, budgets, and objectives.Manage training logistics, including event coordination, scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.Facilitate communication between Staff and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and continuity.Collect, analyze, and report program data to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.Support marketing and outreach efforts, including the development of promotional materials and community engagement initiatives.Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.Experience: 0–2 years of experience in coordination, project management, or a similar administrative role.Skills:Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management tools.Soft Skills:Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities with a positive and professional attitude.
