The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration expertise and a strong track record in delivering full lifecycle Workday Talent & Performance implementations.Responsibilities:Lead and support Workday Talent & Performance implementationsConfigure business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, and security in the Talent & Performance modulesWork closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutionsProvide strategic input and best practice recommendations for Talent & Performance managementSupport functional testing, training, and change management activitiesTroubleshoot post-implementation issues and ensure long-term successMust-Have Skills & Experience:Minimum 4 years’ experience with Workday Talent & PerformanceProven experience with at least one end-to-end implementationStrong configuration skills, especially with Talent Reviews, Feedback, and Performance ReviewsAbility to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExcellent analytical and communication skills
