This role is pivotal in managing the company’s human resources and financial operations. Key responsibilities include payroll processing, benefits administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also encompasses talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives to support organizational growth.Qualifications5 to 15 years of experience in HR and Finance functionsProven expertise in HR management, payroll, and benefits administrationStrong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and reportingThorough knowledge of EPF, GST, TDS, and balance sheet preparation & filingIn-depth understanding of regulatory compliance and audit proceduresExperience in talent acquisition and employee relationsProficiency in training and development program designExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPrior experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
