Job Title : Kinaxis Solution ArchitectExperience : 10 Years to 16 YearsLocation : PAN IndiaJob Description : Role Description :As an Kinaxis Solution Architect, you are required to provide technical and thought leadership to help customers realize these transformation goalsYou will be a critical link between the project delivery team and customer stakeholders who needs to thoroughly understand customer’s technology footprint, future roadmap, business enablement plans and create the best possible path for implementing KinaxisValidate the solution and ensure it meets business requirement's and is in-line with industry best practices.ResponsibilitiesMaster competency on SCM planning (end-to-end) architecture along with proven expertise in Kinaxis – RapidResponse.Create the blueprint (solution footprint) and accordingly formulate the business models in supply chain platform using the key principles of planning, optimization, collaboration and visibilityPerform requirements analysis, discovery, and gap analysis for Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalitiesAbility to lead the blueprint for Rapid Response solution focusing on L1 to L5 level processesAbility to conduct business workshops and lead client discussionsPerform Data readiness assessment, understand data cleansing & transformation rules, and ensure the successful implementation of Rapid Response solutionEnsure that the configuration of Rapid Response analytics and customizations, supports the to-be processes of the clientPerform Data Harmonization across different ERP Source systems integrated with Rapid ResponseStrong functional knowledge and experience in the following Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS, MEIO, S&OP.Ensuring functional specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and maintainable solution designs by writing, reviewing, and validating clear technical specificationsFosters business relationship with key customer contact and provides technical expertise to stakeholdersAct as a Cost Advisor, engage in environment capacity and sizing review and provide insights into optimization opportunityDefine & deliver enhancements/features that will scale to peak volumes without compromising on the SLHelp customers with change management activities, check the quality and accuracy of deliverables provided by the extended team ensuring that delivery is without errors and will participate in day to day interactions with clients and team memberProvides advice to customers and Deploy & Operate Team regarding industry best practices and process methodologyDesired Experience12+ Years of Supply Chain Planning experience on transformation Projects and 7+ years of Experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response ImplementationsMultiple cycles of leading development teams in complex supply-chain delivery projects, through all stages of the project life-cycle 10+ years of relevant experience in business consulting and technology enabled transformation programDetailed knowledge of functional supply chain capabilities such as ERP/MRP, APS, Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning, Aggregated Supply Planning, Order Fulfilment, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management, and managing planning activities with distributors and contract manufactureUnderstanding of the solution development life cycle, including business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user training, and deploymentStrong knowledge on the standard business processes, control settings and data model for the above applications in KinaxisOversee training activities for business users for Kinaxis Rapid Response applications & processHands on experience as a configuration and modellingWork closely with Integration Lead to ensure successful data migration from different ERP Source systems to Kinaxis and vice versa (Double Closed Loop)Interested candidate can share their resume to the below mail id harsha.kulkarni@
