Experience Level: 10 - 15 YearsImmediate joiners PreferredJob Description:Serve as the primary technical lead for the Planview Product implementation considering current-state with DT & ENG as the two functions within the one instance while also planning for an end-to-end solution to capture costs and impacts cross-functionally. Oversee Admins and any L1-L3 support from the LDC Hyderabad Center, LTI and contractors as applicable. Provide coaching as needed. Assess risks and needs for near and long-term support. Track and provide regular insights for task management and ServiceNow tickets. Manage troubleshooting and any post go-live configuration changes, report development and enhancements for Release 1 of Planview Portfolios. Lead solutioning, sandbox and UAT activities for Release 2 of Planview AgilePlace, integrations with Jira and ADO, OKR capabilities and more strategic functions of the tool for Annual Planning, Investment & Capacity Planning. Key focus on quality assurance throughout. Understand, promote and make recommendations for ongoing governance of the tool with special focus on global setting decisions, user access and proper management of change logs. Collaborate with DT & COE Project Lead on changes to Global settings, understanding where harmonization could replace separate processes. Provide guidance on custom reporting and dashboards to meet the needs of key stakeholders such as ENG, PMO, Product, Quality and Sales & Marketing. Align activities with the Planview Project Lead for Change Management & Training.
