Inspire Institute of Sport is looking for a Head of Finance and Accounts in Vijayanagar, Karnataka.The individual will play a vital role in improving and maintaining the financial standing of the Trust. Also, will help determine financial strategy and policy, manage funds and the financial risks appropriately. This position will be responsible for all activities related to Finance & Accounts at IIS, including:Reviewing donor reports, fund utilization reports, 80G certificates, and CSR receiptsEnsuring statutory compliance under Direct Tax Laws, Indirect Tax Laws, and the Trust ActFinalizing the balance sheet according to Indian accounting standards and the Trust ActManaging budgetary controls and cash flowProviding Management Information System (MIS) reports to top managementOverseeing financial planning and analysisManaging contractsCoordinating with banking personnel for banking requirementsPlanning audits, liaising, and coordinating with auditorsCollaborating with the operations team at regular intervals to ensure synergy across departmentsFacilitating financial reviews and due diligence by external donorsEnsuring compliance with the Department of Personnel (DOP) regulationsRequired:Chartered Accountant (CA) with more than 10 years of experience working in an NGO settingIn-depth knowledge of Finance & Accounts operations, particularly within Trust/NGO environmentsStrong understanding of CSR compliance and donor reporting requirements
