Job Title : ServiceNow- Technical Consultant-CSM/ITSM (Remote)Work Experience: 6+yearsJob Title: ServiceNow CSM/ITSM DeveloperJob Type: RemoteJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) or IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and integration, with strong knowledge of JavaScript, UI policies, UI actions, workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, ACLs, and Service Portal.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and integrate ServiceNow CSM or ITSM solutions.Work on incident, problem, change management, and customer service management modules.Perform instance upgrades and patching to ensure system stability.Develop and maintain SOAP and RESTful API integrations within ServiceNow.Lead multiple integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring tools.Configure and optimize Agent Workspace and Virtual Agent for enhanced user experience.Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions for continuous service improvement.Work with Open Frame/CTI technology, NOW Experience UI Framework, JMS integrations, and internationalization (i18n).Utilize ServiceNow Machine Learning and Predictive Intelligence capabilities.Manage MID Server configurations for seamless data exchange.Required Skills & Qualifications:6-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or support roles.Strong knowledge of CSM or ITSM modules.Expertise in JavaScript, UI policies, UI actions, workflows, business rules, ACLs, and client scripts.Experience with Service Portal development.Proven track record of ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools.Familiarity with Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, and Open Frame/CTI technology.Understanding of ServiceNow Machine Learning and Predictive Intelligence.Experience with MID Server configurations.Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow applications.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).Experience working in agile development environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
