We have changed the definition of "work" for them.We’re looking for a motivated inside sales executive (2-3 years experience) who wants to take their career to the next level and has a knack for prospecting the right decision-makers, outreach, and generating qualified meetings. You will be primarily responsible for all the inside sales activities of lead generation. We understand it's a demanding skill, so our amazing incentive structure is designed to appreciate your efforts.Performance Objectives:Understand Procedure’s offerings and identify the right prospects to reach for each of our services.Reaching out to prospects via email and LinkedIn. Highlight the requirements/pain points based on the details available and customer profiles.Hands-on experience with the entire inside sales process - from contact discovery to setting up initial meetings with the leadership team.Make regular follow-ups for positive, warm replies till the meeting is scored successfully.Achieve Targets. Within the first 60 days, achieve 50% of your lead generation targets. We use the number of leads/month as a leading indicator of sales performance.In the first 90 days, understand company offerings and business-level understanding of the technology stack.You will prospect using various channels, such as email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Twitter, Apollo, etc.You must also keep the prospect returning from sales warm and maintain the relationship.Work with the marketing team to support lead generation and collaborate in marketing activities.Regularly, you will be responsible for updating the prospects on CRM.Growth Path: Sales Executive -> Sales Manager -> Senior Sales Manager -> Associate Director of Sales -> Director of SalesWhat are we looking for?You should have 2-3 years of experience in inside sales in the IT industry.Proven experience in generating qualified leads and achieving targets.You should have prior experience working in the US market.You should have run the outbound marketing campaigns.You should have a strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.You should have a strong knowledge of CRM principles.You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferable -If you have worked in a startup before.If you have an engineering degree.If you have worked in the IT industry before.If you know how to improve email deliverability and outbound automation tools.
