This position’s requirement is to execute the HR Plans of the Organisation along with support on HR life cycle Process for the location like managing Performance & Annual Merit Cycle, Health and Wellness initiatives, Hiring resources, Employee Engagement events, Onboarding etc. This is an individual contributor role and would need to work closely with HR teams across locations to plan and execute. The role holder would work closely with business stakeholders in identifying the need and plan such initiatives. This role requires a fair level of independent thinking and expertise in the following aspects of HR like Talent management, Internships, Engagement & Branding, etc. Additional desired skills would be Planning & Program Management, Excellent Communication skills, Relationship management, and networking would be needed.
