We are dedicated to shaping the next generation of pilots and elevating the standards of aviation training.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Kishangarh for an Air Traffic Controller. The Air Traffic Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling air traffic, directing pilots during takeoff and landing, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of aircraft within assigned airspace. The role also includes monitoring radar systems, coordinating with other controllers and airport staff, and maintaining communication with pilots to provide essential information regarding weather, flight paths, and other critical details.Key Responsibilities:Manage air and ground traffic for student and instructor flightsMaintain continuous RT communication and assist pilots in real-timeCoordinate with Flight Dispatch for slot management and flight safetyMonitor weather and operational conditions affecting trainingMaintain detailed logs and ensure adherence to DGCA norms✅ Eligibility Criteria:Prior ATC/AFIS/Radio Telephony experience preferredRT License holders and ex-IAF/AAI personnel encouraged to applyGood spoken English and clear radio communication skillsFamiliarity with FTO operations is a plus
