You’ll work with teams that push the boundaries of what is possible and build solutions that energize and inspire.About the role:Consultant/Sr Consultant – Banking and Financial ServicesTiger’s growing Banking Financial Services vertical seeks self-motivated AI/ML/Data Science professionals with domain expertise in the Banking and Financial Services space and strong technical skills for a challenging role in the Banking & Financial Services Analytics area.Responsibilities for this job include working with various clients to design, develop, and implement various Analytics and Data Science use cases. Skill Sets needed are a mix of hands-on analytics and predictive model development/validation experience and the knowhow of the domain context in similar areas along with team leading and stakeholder management experience. The role might also come with a managerial responsibility to set and review tasks, perform QC, and to supervise mentor and coach analysts.As part of larger Financial Services practice, you may get to work on a broad range of business-critical problems across various work streams across the BFS analytics value chain (Credit/Fraud Risk analytics, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Operations Analytics). You will be engaging with clients and client partners to understand their business context, and work with a team of data scientists and engineers.Location: Hyderabad Required Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsTotal years of experience – 4 to 9Experience with Adobe Analytics implementation (required), reporting is a plus.3+ years in digital marketing, digital analytics, or web analytics.3+ years experience with Adobe Launch / Ensighten in web and mobile app environments.Proven track record in managing Adobe Analytics tagging and configuring Ensighten, including strong understanding of Data layers, Tagging, Variables, Custom metric setupStrong JavaScript and HTML skills.Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce.Client/Stakeholder ManagementGood to Have Skills:Familiarity with digital marketing technologies like DMPs and pixel tracking.Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud beyond Analytics (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager).Experience with JIRA for project management and task tracking.Perks of Working with Tiger:Latest Technology:You will get to work on the most advanced technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence.Global Exposure:We work for leading global brands.
