Our portfolio of services and locations caters to diverse needs, ensuring a fulfilling and vibrant career for our employees.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing ingredients and basic cooking tasks under the guidance of senior chefs.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen area.Support with mise en place and ensure timely preparation of food before service.Follow all food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.Store ingredients properly and label items according to food safety guidelines.Assist with plating and food presentation according to set standards.Learn and execute basic recipes and cooking techniques.Help in receiving and storing deliveries in compliance with inventory protocols.Collaborate effectively with other kitchen team members and maintain a positive kitchen culture.Take initiative to develop culinary knowledge and skills continuously.Requirements:Minimum 3 year of experience in a professional kitchenBasic knowledge of kitchen tools, ingredients, and cooking methods.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.High standards of hygiene and cleanliness.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
