The Talent Management remit includes Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Competencies, Coaching & Development based on the SAP SuccessFactors system. The Talent Attraction remit includes pre-boarding, onboarding, interviewing, Application Tracking System support, EVP and Employer Branding based on a systems platform including products from Paradox amongst other suppliers.The team reporting to this position will support deployment and implementation of materials, vendor management, provision of support and insight to end users, training of end users and a wide variety of mission critical tasks supporting delivery.
