Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, end-to-end products—including an AI-powered medical scribe tool. In this high-ownership role, you’ll work directly with the founder to architect robust systems, implement core features, and integrate AI and speech-to-text technologies.This position offers significant growth potential, with a clear path toward a long-term leadership role.CompensationThe total CTC for this role is in the range of ₹7–9 LPA, including all benefits.Responsibilities:● Design and develop full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Python, and modernframeworks● Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native, Flutter, or native stacks● Develop RESTful APIs and backend services with clean architecture and highperformance● Pull, process, and structure data from third-party APIs and internal systems● Integrate and prototype with AI/ML tools like OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, orWhisper● Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex features across multiple systems and services● Own product development across the stack — from UI to backend infrastructure● Optimize app performance, system reliability, and scalability● Document system builds, configurations, and maintain internal technical documentation● Collaborate closely with the founder and business team on product vision, timelines, andfeature scope● Serve as project lead on complex initiatives involving other developersQualifications:● 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development● Proven experience building and maintaining mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, ornative iOS/Android)● Strong backend development in Node.js or Python, and RESTful API design● Deep experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB,etc.)● Proficient in performance optimization, debugging complex systems, and buildingweb apps● Experience building or integrating AI-powered features, particularly with languagemodels or voice-based AI tools● Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and deployment best practices● Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development tools● Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with minimal oversight● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills● Comfortable in high-autonomy, fast-paced environments● Experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering initiatives across multiple systems and services.Nice to Have:● Good eye for UI/UX, ability to design clean, usable interfaces● Experience with speech-to-text tools like Whisper, AWS Transcribe, or Google Speech● Experience with building internal admin tools or dashboards● Familiarity with DevOps, microservices architecture, or scalable SaaS infrastructure● Knowledge of mobile app analytics tools● Experience working with AI/ML tools (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face), especially for NLP or medical transcription use cases● Background working with healthcare or medical product development is a strong plusWhy Join VPS:● Direct ownership of impactful product development● Remote flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to move fast● Work closely with the founder on high-priority, high-visibility projects● Competitive compensation and bonus potential● Opportunity to grow into a long-term tech leadership role● We value bold thinking and initiatives, and you’ll be encouraged to lead new initiatives from concept to launch
