As a Project Manager, you will have to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of real estate projects. You will have to coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure project delivery aligns with company objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Lead cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and consultants, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Prepare and monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide regular financial reports.Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental standards.Monitor project progress and implement quality control measures to meet company standards.Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and handle contingencies effectively.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates on project status.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Any other associated task or responsibilities assigned from time to time by the organization.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field.Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulationsWe Offer: A full-time position within the team with competitive benefits.
