About the Role:We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. You’ll be working on various projects - from long-form YouTube videos and webinars to short-form Instagram Reels and podcast edits. Your job is to turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality content that reflects our brand and captivates our audience.Key Responsibilities:Edit videos into cohesive stories (YouTube, Reels, Podcasts, etc.)Add music, sound effects, and voice-overs where requiredAdd custom motion graphics, subtitles, and on-brand visual elementsImprove video quality through color correction, lighting adjustments, and audio levelingCollaborate with the creative team to deliver projects on time and aligned with our visionEnsure final videos are error-free and meet brand guidelinesOrganize and maintain a content library and source filesStay updated on editing trends, transitions, and platform-specific formats (e.g., Reels vs. YouTube)Must-Have Skills:1.5+ years of video editing experienceStrong portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form editsExcellent storytelling sense—timing, rhythm, and flowProficiency in:Adobe Premiere Pro (must-have)After Effects (for basic animations)Photoshop & Illustrator (for thumbnails or overlays)Familiarity with color grading, audio mixing, and video optimizationAbility to take creative feedback positively and iterate fastBasic graphic design skills for visual enhancementsNice-to-Haves:Experience in creating social media contentKnowledge of motion design or 3D is a plusBasic understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithmsPerks & Benefits:Flexible working hoursRemote work opportunityCommission/incentive pay for high-performing editorsLearn and grow with a fast-moving, creative teamLocation:Completely RemoteEnsure reliable internet and a good work setup.To Apply:The requirement is urgent and we will be working on a first come first serve basis.
