If you thrive at the intersection of technology and creativity, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Strategy: Design and execute innovative campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to target B2B and B2C audiences.Content Creation: Develop high-impact content (blogs, videos, whitepapers, case studies, webinars) that highlights product technical advantages and use cases.SEO/SEM & Analytics: Optimize campaigns for search engines, manage paid ads, and analyze metrics (engagement, CTR, conversions) to refine strategies.Brand Positioning: Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging with market needs and technical specifications.Community Building: Foster engagement with tech audiences, industry influencers, and partners through thought leadership and interactive campaigns.Market Research: Stay ahead of trends in tech manufacturing, competitor strategies, and customer pain points to inform campaigns.ROI Focus: Track campaign performance, report on KPIs, and ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to lead generation and revenue growth.What We’re Looking For:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus. - Experience: 5+ years in technical product marketing, preferably in manufacturing. - Skills: - Mastery of social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Google Analytics, SEMrush). - Strong technical aptitude to understand and market complex products. - Expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent storytelling skills with a portfolio of successful campaigns. - Personality: Strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and collaborative team player.
