Faxoc offers AI-powered recruitment, job matching, large resume database, automated resume search, job advertisements, talent pool management, applications tracking, staffing agencies management, employee onboarding, and employee performance analytics.Role DescriptionAs a Marketing Manager at Faxoc, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing initiatives, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.Develop and execute marketing plans that align with Faxoc's business goals and objectives.Manage and oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and impactful marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer preferences.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Maintain and enhance Faxoc's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
