Position: Executive-Employee Engagement Experience Required: min 6 months-1 year HQ: KolkataKey Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives across retail stores Conduct surveys, collect feedback, and analyze data to measure employee satisfaction and engagement levels. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to address employee concerns and enhance company culture. Support wellness programs, teambuilding activities, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Maintain records of engagement programs and track their effectiveness. Engage with retail store employees to ensure alignment with company culture and values. Plan and execute engagement initiatives specifically for retail store employees to enhance their motivation and performance.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 1 year of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role.
