Job Title: Business AnalystWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into detailed functional specifications and process modelsEvaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or optimizationFacilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to align teams on project objectivesWork closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecyclePerform data analysis to support business decisions and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)Create and maintain business documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholdersSupport testing efforts by developing test cases and validating outcomes against business requirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical roleProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, JIRA, or ConfluenceStrong understanding of business process modeling and data analysis techniquesExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsFamiliarity with SQL or other query languages for data extraction and analysisBackground in working with SaaS products, ERP systems, or CRM platformsCertifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst are a plusIf you are passionate about solving business challenges through data and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
