Through its virtual brands, Dil Brands helps small and medium-sized restaurants increase their asset and resources utilization.The idea really is to give turn key concepts to small restaurant owners which they can incorporate from their existing premise without making any additional investment and get incremental orders. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site City Manager - HyderabadThe City Manager - Hyderabad will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representative and operations.The incumbent shall recruit, train, and develop local management and staff teams; foster a high-performance culture.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support city operations.Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction. QualificationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsAbility to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesExperience in developing and implementing sales strategiesExperience managing a team of sales representativesExperience working in the food industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
