Draft commercial contracts and agreements including service agreements, loan agreements, lease agreements, sale deeds, pre contractual agreements. - Manage complex litigation matters mostly civil disputes, drafting legal notices, working on legal compliance on property laws, business transactions, contractual laws, coordinating with multiple parties and negotiate settlements to achieve favorable results. - Assist senior attorneys in preparing for trial, research on applicable laws, regulations including property laws, business and corporate laws, labour laws, commercial transactions and draft legal documents required for a suit as well as petitions, notice, complaints. - Render legal advise, develop litigation strategies, consult and represent clients on their disputes.
