This role involves identifying, researching, and qualifying leads across multiple industries, including IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have strong research and data validation skills, and the ability to use various tools and platforms to build a consistent and high-quality pipeline of prospects.Responsibilities:-Lead Generation & QualificationGenerate and qualify leads for multiple sectors (IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Finance) to support business development initiatives.Create and manage a consistent pipeline of potential clients for recruitment and staffing services.Industry Research & ProfilingConduct in-depth research to build comprehensive company profiles and identify decision-makers (e.g., HR heads, Talent Acquisition leads, Hiring Managers).Analyze company structures and hiring trends to support strategic outreach.Social Media & Tool-Based ProspectingUse platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Apollo to identify and engage potential clients.Optimize outreach strategies through social engagement and data-driven targeting.Data Validation & ManagementValidate contact data for accuracy, ensuring reliable and effective communication.Maintain and update the lead database regularly to ensure relevance and freshness.Email Campaign SupportCompile targeted contact lists for outbound email campaigns.Ensure professionalism and consistency in all email communications using approved templates and formats.Database Building & MaintenanceBuild and enrich a high-quality B2B contact database using web research and data mining.Maintain structured records to support ongoing and future outreach efforts.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.1–3 years of experience in lead generation, research, or talent sourcing, preferably in a staffing or recruitment firm.Proficient in LinkedIn and lead generation tools (e.g., Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, SalesQL).Strong internet research and data mining capabilities.Attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data with accuracy.Details on Compensation Offered: A fixed salary range of Rs 20,000/- to Rs 25,000/-, commensurate with experience and expertise.Bonus on Successful Placement: Get a Rs 25,000/- reward for every candidate successfully placed.Earnings Per Lead Conversion: Receive Rs 500/- for every positive lead.Apply directly on Linkedin or send in your resume at hr@ - WhatsApp our team at +91-9030894887 for setting up interviews.
