As a rapidly growing company, with offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our company.The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to serve as a key liaison between our internal teams and our external channel partners. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency across workflows, digital product fulfillment, and trial support, while maintaining data integrity in Salesforce and other systems.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners and internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance), ensuring timely communication and coordination across departments.Manage sales and product fulfillment operations, including coordination of channel partner workflows, confirmation of ISBNs/product identifiers, opportunity allocation, and reconciliation of sales reports.Maintain and distribute digital access code inventory, ensuring accurate uploads and tracking.Support customer trial requests by coordinating with Sales and ensuring timely access to content.Utilize Salesforce to run reports, validate data, and communicate findings to Sales and Finance for forecasting and planning.Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.Familiarity with ISBN management or digital content delivery in an educational or publishing environment is preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce (reporting, opportunity tracking, and data management required).Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.Experience working with channel or third-party distribution partners.
