Should be well versed in the US IT Recruitment process & provide staffing needs based on the client requirements.Experience in the US IT Staffing market.Connect with candidates, discuss in detail about the profile, and start marketing.Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle RecruitingHiring and Account ManagementInvolved in marketing profiles of H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, GC, USC.Must have experience working with Prime Vendors and not third parties.Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, TN, GC, OPT and CPT) with prime vendors or Direct ClientSourcing and screening potential IT requirements for candidates from effective usage of Internal as well as External Systems/Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within given time frameConnect with Vendors(clients), and discuss openings, and submit the profiles through job boards like: Dice, Monster, and other job portal.Desired Skills:· Very good communication skills· Strong negotiation skills· Strong hands-on knowledge in marketing H1B and H1B transfers· Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099, etc.· Must have good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
