The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy development. The role involves managing employee benefits, handling workplace conflicts, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The HR Manager will also work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with the company's goals and objectives.
