In this role, you won’t just polish interfaces – you’ll define what we build and how we build it, from a blank canvas to a full-fledged product. You’ll take initial ideas or problem statements and turn them into compelling user journeys and interfaces that realize our AI vision.· Design end-to-end user experiences – from researching user needs and sketchingconcepts, to wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity UI designs. Youwill craft every detail of new features, ensuring the product is intuitive, beautiful, and delivers real value.· Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and domainexperts. You’ll be involved in early strategy discussions, contribute to product roadmap decisions, and then work hand-in-hand with engineering through development to ensure a high-quality implementation of your designs.· Iterate based on feedback and data: In our feedback-driven culture, you will activelycollect and use input – whether from user testing, analytics, or team design critiques – to refine your designs. You ship quickly and adjust gracefully, balancing big-picture vision with attention to fine detail.What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)· Proven Product Design Experience: 7-10+ years’ experience in product/UX design, with a track record of shipping impactful digital products. You have taken products or major features from zero to one (from idea to live product) and can speak to the success and learnings.· Portfolio of End-to-End Projects: A portfolio that showcases your product design process and outcomes. We’re interested in seeing how you’ve tackled ambiguous problems, generated insights, developed solutions, and iterated them based on feedback. (Tip: we love to hear the “story” behind your projects, not just see final visuals.)· UX s UI Excellence: Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, andvisual design. You create clear, intuitive, and appealing interfaces that solve real user needs.
