Role Summary - Director/ Director Associate– High schools -Strategic Engagement and PartnershipsStrategic Partnership Development:Identify, assess, and shortlist potential high schools aligned with our mission and objectives.Develop and implement a strategic partnership roadmap to expand and strengthen our organization's presence within the education sector. Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high school leaders, counselors, and educators to foster collaboration and partnership growth.Serve as the primary point of contact for high school partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Outreach Strategy:Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive outreach strategies aimed at engaging high schools including all stakeholders – students, educators, career counsellors, school leaders and parents.Develop innovative and impactful programs and initiatives to connect with schools and students effectively.Develop new products and services both offline and online to service K12 stakeholders to add value in our high school ecosystem Collaboration and Cross-Functional Engagement:Collaborate with other departments, clients and external resources to leverage resources and expertise for successful partnership outcomes.Work closely with marketing and communications, territory teams and CX teams to promote outreach initiatives effectively.Leadership:Guide, mentor, and support in-country representatives and other teams to help them achieve their high school KPIs. Resource Allocation and Budget Management:Manage the department's budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve outreach and partnership goals.Track expenses, monitor financial performance, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze data on outreach and partnership efforts to measure their impact and effectiveness.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate outcomes and insights to internal and external stakeholders.Primary responsibilities: Manager – Institutional Partnership (Devakshi)School Engagements & Partnership-Responsible for maintaining and updating a schools database for India and South East AsiaProject management for initiatives with clear timelines, person responsibility allocation and delivery channels to ensure effective executionOutreach activities to support the success of school engagements and utilization of partnership benefitsLiaison with internal and external stakeholders for project-related activities, such as administration, communications, IT, school counselors, university representativesSupport research needs for annual reports and drive to finalizationCompilation of data for summaries, progress reports, quarter, annual updates to management Vendor management related to project deliveries TNE-Responsible for maintaining and updating a database of higher education institutions for India and South-East AsiaRegular compilation of data for the higher education sector for parameters which include, amongst others, accreditations, rankings, market activities and partnerships.Outreach activities with higher education institutions to establish a connect and build a network which can engage with foreign universities in a meaningful mannerSupport research needs for any report, document, proposal or client deliverables on a regular basisSupport ongoing projects, planning, organizing and reporting of events & activities, as may be needed from time to time.Role SummaryAs Director/ Director Associate – K12 Engagements, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping Acumen’s outreach and engagement efforts with the school ecosystem. You will support university recruitment strategies, lead impactful projects, gather intelligence, and strengthen Acumen’s positioning within the K12 sector. You will act as both a strategist and a relationship builder, working with universities and schools to create lasting impact, strengthening our presence in the K12 ecosystem.Key Responsibilities1. School Engagement & PartnershipsIdentify and engage with high-potential schools aligned with outreach goals.Maintain and regularly update the schools database across India and South Asia. Build and manage relationships with school counselors, academic heads, and other key stakeholders.2. Project Management & Program ExecutionPlan and execute school-focused initiatives (including events, fairs, webinars and workshops) that bring attention to brand Acumen.Ensure project timelines, stakeholder responsibilities, and delivery milestones are met. Coordinate with university partners and internal teams for seamless implementation/ execution.3. Data, Research & ReportingTrack outreach performance, compile summaries, and progress reports, suggest next steps. Support research efforts for annual K12 reports and strategy inputs for quarterly reports.Analyze feedback and program data to inform future outreach strategies,Track competitor initiatives, gather feedback, use this to inform you of what more Acumen can do4. Cross-Team & Vendor CollaborationLiaise with internal departments (communications, marketing, tech, admin/ operations) for project needs.Manage external vendors and partners for logistics, design, and delivery support.Qualifications & Skills10-12 years of experience in school partnerships, education outreach, or stakeholder engagementStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and written communication abilitiesAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Familiarity with the education landscape in India and South AsiaProficient in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools and database management preferred
