We specialize in bringing authentic homemade foods and crafts to a larger audience.Job Role:We are looking for a smart, friendly, and confident Chef Onboarding Executive to personally visit chefs' homes, assist them with the onboarding process onto the Homekrafted platform, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.Key Responsibilities:• Visit home chefs at their residence across Delhi NCR for onboarding.• Explain Homekrafted’s platform, policies, and benefits to potential chefs clearly and warmly.• Assist chefs with documentation (ID proofs, address proofs, hygiene certifications, etc.).• Help chefs with profile creation (photos of food, chef, kitchen setup, etc.).• Educate chefs about order handling, packaging guidelines, pricing, and other basic operations.• Gather feedback and report it to the internal team for service improvements.• Maintain daily visit and onboarding reports.Requirements:• Candidate preferred for better comfort during home visits.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Must be comfortable traveling locally within Delhi NCR.• Self-motivated, polite, and professional attitude.• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety will be an advantage (training will be provided).• Smartphone with internet access is a must.• Experience in customer service, sales, or fieldwork will be a plus.• Minimum education: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.Other Details:• Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Incentives based on onboarding numbers.• Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).• Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible based on chef availability).Why Join Us?• Be part of an exciting platform that empowers home-based entrepreneurs.• Field role with lots of human interaction, learning, and growth opportunities.• Friendly and supportive work environment.
