The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing stock control, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, ensuring safety protocols are followed, supervising staff, and operating forklifts as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage store/warehouse team across all shifts to ensure smooth 24x7 operations.Oversee and coordinate receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials, ensuring timely and accurate material flow.Plan and optimise material locations within the warehouse for efficient space utilisation and easy retrieval.Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure data integrity in inventory management systems.Develop and implement standard operating procedures for material handling, safety, and compliance with company policies.Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.Monitor and report on warehouse productivity, key performance indicators, and team performance.Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; handle shift scheduling and resolve staffing issues.Ensure adherence to safety standards and participate in safety training for all warehouse staff.Requirements20 years of experience in warehouse/store supervision, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Experience working with Tally ERPStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 operational setup and manage multiple priorities.This role is crucial for maintaining uninterrupted material flow and supporting round-the-clock manufacturing operations.
